Colorforms consist of a plastic background and thin plastic shapes. The background is something like a playground or a circus, and the shapes are items or people that would belong in such places. They cling to the background and you can pick them up and move them around, populating different scenes.
Virtual colorform also have shapes that you can drag and drop onto a background. Simple versions are one screen. I've also created a multiscreen version that allows the creation of a story book.
The Spanish colorforms have a status line that will show the English word when you click on a shape, and the Spanish translation when you drag the shape. The newest version also supports saying the word when the shape is clicked on. Not all words will have sounds at this point because I need recordings by fluent speakers.
